摘　　要：用分离、鉴定、筛选出的病毒株 ,研制成鸡新城疫—减蛋综合症—传染性支气管炎三联油佐剂灭活疫苗。通过实验室免疫效力、安全性、免疫期、保存期和攻毒试验 ,该疫苗强毒攻击保护率为10 0 % ,免疫期 2 0 0d以上 ,保存期在 4 50d以上 ,经大范围应用 ,免疫效果良好。A three in one inactivated vaccine of chicken Newcastle disease egg decrease synthetic disease infectious bronchitis was developed and produced using screened virus strains. The experiment of laboratory immunizing potency, safety, immune period, preservative period, and challenge virus showed that its prevention rate of virulent virus was 100%, immune period was above 200 days, preservative period was above 450 days and immune effect was good.
