摘　　要：探明蜜蜂的营养需要是制订蜜蜂饲养标准的前提,更是配制蜜蜂饲料的理论依据,对蜜蜂的健康养殖有重要作用。养蜂生产中,蜂群所处的阶段不同其营养需要不同。意大利蜜蜂(A.mellifera)是我国饲养的主要蜜蜂品种,在我国养蜂生产中占有重要地位。在公益性行业(农业)科研专项"饲料营养价值与畜禽饲养标准研究与应用"以及国家蜂产业技术体系建设专项资金支持下,本课题组对意大利蜜蜂春繁阶段、产浆阶段、越冬阶段和发育阶段的营养需要进行了试验研究,获得了相应的营养参数,并进行了生产验证。根据本课题组的研究结果,并结合国内外相关研究报道,本文提出了意大利蜜蜂不同阶段营养需要建议标准,首次总结发布了蜜蜂营养参数,为养蜂生产及蜜蜂饲料配制提供参考。Mastering the bee nutrient requirement is the precondition of making the bee breeding standard, the theoretical basis for preparing bee feed, and has an important role in bees healthy aquaculture.In beekeeping production, bees need different nutrient requirement in different periods.Apis mellifera ligustica Spinola （ A. mellifera） is the major keeping bee species in China, and occupies an important position in China beekeeping production.In the support of nonprofit sector （ agriculture ） research projects “feed nutrition value and the standard research and application of livestock and poultry breeding”, as well as the national special funds of bee industry technology system construction group, our research group studied the A.mellifera nutritional needs during the periods of spring multiplication, royal jelly production, overwintering and development, ob-tained the corresponding nutritional parameters, and verify during production.According to our research group’ s research results and combined with the domestic and foreign related research reports, this paper pres-ents the A.mellifera nutrient requirement at different periods, and summarizes a bee nutritional parameters for the first time, which will provide a reference for beekeeping production and bee feed formulation.
