摘　　要：目的对1964-2012年国内专业期刊发表的皮角医学文献进行分析。方法利用清华同方知网技术产业集团出版的CNKI数据库为主要检索工具,以关键词和主题词检索出49年国内期刊发表有关皮角的医学论文,应用文献计量学方法对其进行分析。结果检出有关皮角论文186篇,其中发表在皮肤病方面刊物文献65篇,省级刊物文献38篇,五官科方面刊物文献19篇,外科学方面刊物文献7篇,学报类杂志文献32篇,其他杂志文献25篇,文献基本呈逐年增长趋势,但未发现有关循证医学分析的文献。结论迄今为止,大部分文献为临床个例报道,创新性不强,深入研究不够,对皮角分析的文献较为少见。Objective To analyses medical literature of cutaneous horn that domestic professional journal published from 1964 to 2012. Methods The main search tool was CNKI database that published by tsinghua tongfang knowledge network technology industry group, keywords and subject term retrieval on the domestic periodicals published in 49 medical papers about cutaneous horn, we analyze them by the method of literature metrology. Results 186 papers were searched about cutaneous horn of publication, with 65 refer- ences published in skin diseases, provincial publications with 38 references, ENT publications with 19 references, surgery journals with 7 references, the journal magazine with 32 references, other magazines with 25 references, basic literature showed a trend of in- creased year by year, but the literature of evidence-based medicine analysis were not found. Conclusions So far, most of the literature were clinical case reports without enough innovation or in-depth study. The cutaneous horn analysis of the literature was rare.
