摘　　要：目的:分析实施药品零差率销售对基层医疗机构收支带来的影响,并提出建议。方法:采用问卷法收集24家公立与民营医疗机构四年间的收支与补偿数据。结果:医疗机构整体运营呈亏损状态,城市亏损程度小于农村,公立处于亏损状态,而民营则处于盈利中。结论:实行药品零差率销售取得了显著的成效,但仍需加大补偿力度。Objective To analyze the influence on the revenue＇expenditure in primary health care institutions, and to put forward recommendations. Methods The revenue-expenditure and compensation data in four years among 24 public and private medical institutions was collected by questionnaire survey. Results The overall operation of medical institutions was losing money, and the city less than the rural, and the public was losing money, while the private in a profitable position. Conclusin The implementation of selling drug ＂without added profit＂ has made marked achievements, but still need to increase the compensation.
