摘  要:钢铁企业能源管理的载体是以热力学第一定律即能量守恒定律为核心的四级能源指标体系。随着钢铁行业进入微利时代,企业越来越需要通过能源管理降低生产成本。论文以热力学第二定律和热经济学理论为基础,结合宝山钢铁股份有限公司多年来的应用实践,论述以能源成本为主线的钢铁企业能源价值管理指标体系。该体系能克服原指标体系的不足,准确计算和衡量能源管理绩效对成本的影响,从而推进能源管理绩效提升,促进生产成本的持续降低。The carrier for iron&steel enterprise energy management is a four-layer energy index sys-tem whose core is the first law of thermodynamics i. e. the law of conservation of energy. As steel in-dustry has entered into a low profit era,more and more enterprises have struggled to reduce produc-tion costs through energy management,but there still exist limitations in the current index system. An energy value management index system with energy costs as its main line is discussed based on the second law of thermodynamics and thermo economics theory, combined with Baosteel practice for many years. The system can overcome the defects of the original index system, accurately calculate and measure the cost impacts on energy management performances, thus reduce the production cost continuously and promote the energy management performances effectively.
