点地梅的抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究点地梅的抗炎、镇痛药理活性。方法采用小鼠热板法、耳廓肿胀实验及大鼠足跖肿胀实验考察点地梅的抗炎镇痛活性。结果与空白对照组比较,除点地梅中剂量及低剂量的镇痛作用和点地梅低剂量对耳肿胀的抑制作用无统计学意义外,各剂量的点地梅均有显著的抗炎和镇痛作用(P<0.05,P<0.01),点地梅中剂量及高剂量对小鼠耳肿胀和点地梅高剂量对大鼠足跖肿胀均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。可见,点地梅有显著的抗炎和镇痛作用(P<0.05,P<0.01),并呈量效关系。结论点地梅具有抗炎镇痛活性。Objective To investigate the pharmaceutical activity of herba androsacis in anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of herba androsacis were studied using hot plate test in mice, the pinna swelling test and metatarsal swelling test in rats. Results Compared with the blank control group, there was no statistical significance in analgesic effect of low and medium dosage of herba androsacis and inhibition of ear swelling in low dosage of herba androsacis. Herba androsacis in other dosages showed significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Medium and high dosage of herba androsacis significantly inhibited ear swelling in mice, and high dosage of herba androsacis significantly inhibited metatarsal swelling in rates （P 〈 0.01）. Therefore, herba androsacis had significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect with dose-effect relationship （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Herba androsacis has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
