摘　　要：目的探讨双重排粪造影对结肠功能性便秘的影像诊断价值。方法利用数字胃肠机对123例便秘患者进行结肠双重排粪造影检查。结果除13例属有实质性便秘外,110例均属功能性便秘,其中出口梗阻型78例,慢传输型18例,混合型14例。结论双重排粪造影对结肠功能性便秘有重要的诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dual defecography on colonic functional constipation. Methods 123 patients with constipation were taken as research objects to accept dual defecography examination with digital gastrointestinal machine. Results Except of the 13 patients with actual constipation,110 of them were functional constipation,including 78 cases of outlet obstructive constipation,18 cases of slow transfer constipation and 14 cases of combination type. Conclusion Dual defecography has great diagnostic value on the colonic functional constipation.
