食管气管联合导管在急救与复苏治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察食管气管联合导管在急救与复苏治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院2011年7月～2013年7月收治的各种原因所致的呼吸心跳骤停患者156例作为研究对象，按照导管类型分为食管气管联合导管（ETC）组64例、普通插管组92例，比较两组患者的插管时间、插管成功率以及不良反应情况。结果ETC组插管时间≤90s者56例，而普通插管组插管时间≤90s者54例，两组比较有显著性差异（χ^2=15．06，P〈0．05）；ETC组一次插管成功率为93．8％，明显高于普通插管组的67．4％，两组比较有显著性差异（χ^2=15．39，P〈0．05）；ETC组不良反应发生率为6．3％，明显低于普通插管组的17．4％，两组比较有显著性差异（χ^2=4．19，P〈0．05）。结论食管气管联合导管在急救与复苏治疗中的应用效果满意，具有安全、有效、快捷的临床优势，值得推广。Objective To observe the application resuhs of esophageal-tracheal combined canal in the emergency and resuscitation. Methods 156 cases of respiratory and cardiac arrest from July 2011 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into two groups according to the type of catheter, 64 cases in esophageal-tracheal combined canal（ETC） group, 92 cases in normal intubation group, the intubation time, intubation success rate and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The intubation time of 56 cases in ETC group were ≤ 90s, and 54 cases in normal intubation group were ≤ 90s, there was a significant difference between two groups（χ^2=15.06,P 〈 0.05） groups;The once successful rate of ETC group was 93.8%, significantly higher than 67.4% of the normal intubation group, there was a significant difference between two groups（χ^2=15.39,P 〈 0.05）;the occurrence of adverse reactions of ETC group was 6.3%,significantly lower than 17.4% of the normal intubation group, there was a significant difference between two groups（χ^2=4.19,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Esophageal-tracheal combined canal in the emergency and resuscitation has satisfactory results, and has clinic advantage of safe,effective,efficient,so it is worthy of promotion.
