渴络欣胶囊对早期糖尿病肾脏疾病肾小管的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 探究渴络欣胶囊对早期糖尿病肾脏疾病（diabetic kidney disease,DKD）肾小管的保护作用.方法 将符合纳入标准的45例早期DKD患者随机分为2组,渴络欣胶囊联合坎地沙坦酯为治疗组22例和坎地沙坦酯为对照组23例,疗程为2个月.比较2组治疗前、后尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白（NGAL）、尿β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、血肌酐（SCr）、空腹血糖（FBG）等指标变化.结果 治疗后2组尿NGAL、尿β2-MG、UAER较治疗前均有明显减少,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）;治疗后尿NGAL、尿β2-MG减少,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,但UAER减少,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;2组FBG、SCr治疗前、后比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 渴络欣胶囊能明显减少早期糖尿病肾脏疾病患者NGAL、尿β2-MG水平,对早期DKD的肾小管功能有保护作用.Objective To observe the protective effect of Keluoxin capsule on the renal tubules in patients with early diabetic kidney disease （DKD）. Methods Forty-five patients with early DKD were divided into two groups in terms of the administration of Keluoxin capsule. The curative effects were assessed by the neutrophils gelatin enzyme related lipid carrier protein （NGAL）, 32-MG and uri- nary albumin excretion rate （UAER） at a two-month interval. Results UAER and urine NGAL in the treatment group were reduced significantly compared to the control group （P0. 01）. However, there was no significant difference in serum creatinine （SCr） between the two groups （P0. 05）. Conclu- sions Keluoxin capsule can lower the levels of albuminuria, urine NGAL and 2-MG, which shows a protective effect on the renal tubule of patients with early DKD.
