摘 要:利用低温等离子体技术,使八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)聚合沉积在磨砂革表面,制备了超疏水性磨砂革。测定表明:经低温等离子体处理后的磨砂革,其静态接触角可达150°以上,滚动角低于10°;扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)观察表明,D4聚合物沉积在磨砂革表面;X射线能谱(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,磨砂革表面经D4-低温等离子体处理后,其表面Si元素的百分含量明显升高,且生成了Si—O—C键。因此,八甲基环四硅氧烷可通过低温等离子体作用形成聚合物,该聚合物与磨砂革表面经低温等离子体活化产生的自由基反应,从而稳定地沉积于磨砂革表面,赋予磨砂革超疏水性。Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane ( D, ) was polymerized and deposited on the nubuck leather surface by using low tem- perature plasma technology, so that the nubuck leather w/th super - hydrophobicity surface was prepared. The experimental results show that the static angle of the nubuck leather surface after D4 - plasma treatment is above 150°and the rolling angle is below 10°, which suggest that the nubuck leather with super -hydrophobicity surface is obtained. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM) observations indicate that the D4 polymer is deposited on the surface of nubuck leather. X - ray energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) and X -ray photo electron spectroscopy (XPS) analyses exhibit that the content of Si on the surface of nubuck leather is significantly increased and the chemical bond of Si-O-C is alSO formed after D4 - plasma treat- ment. Therefore, D~ is successful polymerized and reacted with the free radicals of nubuck leather induced by plasma, which re- sult in the steady deposition of D4 polymer on nubuck leather and lead to super - hydrophobicity surface.
