摘 要:本研究主要探索了不同材料、不同加工工艺对成鞋帮面透汽性、吸湿性的影响,并研究对比了不同鞋垫的吸湿、减震性能。研究发现:采用常规工艺时,全粒面牛皮+衬里+猪里皮的透汽、吸湿性较好,而修面牛皮+衬里+猪里皮的透汽、吸湿性较差;采用专利工艺加工的成鞋帮面,其透汽、吸湿性优于常规工艺的,但均能够满足SATRA对舒适性鞋靴的要求;综合考虑成本、吸湿性、减震性能和实际穿着要求等因素,目前Hi-poly(俗称海玻璃)是比较理想的鞋垫材料。The effects on the vapour permeability of finished shoes and water absorption of shoe uppers with different materials, different processing technology were explored, and the moisture absorption property and the damping performance of different insole were comparatively studied. The study indicates that when adopting conventional process, the vapour permeability and moisture absorption is better with full grain cow leather, backing and pigskin lining, while the vapour permeability and moisture absorption is worse with cow nappa, backing and pigskin lining; when adopting patented technology processing, the vapour permeability and moisture absorption of shoe uppers is better and can meet SATRA requests on footwear comfort properties. Comprehensive consideration of the cost, moisture absorption, damping absorption performance and actual dress requirements and other factors, Hi-poly (known as sea glass) is ideal insole materials.
