摘 要:目的观察高能中波紫外线联合微晶磨削术治疗白癜风临床疗效。方法将54例符合入选标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各27例。所有患者均采用高能中波紫外线照射治疗,每周2次,共治疗16周。治疗组加以微晶磨削术治疗,皮损处微晶磨削治疗选择在光疗间隔日进行,微晶磨削1次/7~lOd,直至皮损部位有色素生成。治疗16周以后,观察治疗前、后皮损复色情况。结果治疗组总有效率达88.9%,显效率达77.8%,且无明显副作用;对照组总有效率达63%,显效率达51.8%。结论高能中波紫外线联合微晶磨削术治疗白癜风有良好疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of the combined therapy of microcrystalline grinding and high-energy ultraviolet on vitiligo. Methods Altogether 54 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into two groups : the treatment group and control group, each having 27 patients. Every patient was treated with high-energy ultraviolet twice a week for 16 weeks, but the patients in the control group also re- ceived microcrystalline grinding operation. Then an evaluation was made to compare the curative ratios of the two groups at different time points. Results The total effective rate and obvious effective rate was 88. 9% and 77. 8% respectively in the treatment group, and 63.0% and 51.8% respectively in the control group. No obvious side effect was found in the treatment group. Conclusions Compared with the sole treatment with high-energy ultraviolet, the combined therapy of micrecrystalline grinding opera- tion and high-energy ultraviolet is much more effective on vitiligo.
