红核妇洁洗液体外抗菌实验研究

摘　　要：目的了解红核妇洁洗液在体外对引起泌尿生殖道感染常见病原菌的杀菌效果。方法采用微：fEZ．倍稀释法测定红核妇洁洗液对大肠埃希菌、绿脓假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、普通变形杆菌、淋病奈瑟氏菌、粪链球菌、藤黄微球菌、白假丝酵母菌和阴道加特纳菌的最小抑菌浓度（MIC）和最小杀菌浓度（MBC），平板菌落计数法测定杀菌率。结果红核妇洁洗液对11株实验菌株的MIC和MBC为16-64倍稀释；10倍稀释液对11株实验菌作用4min均达到100％杀菌率；红核妇洁洗液原液与大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、淋病奈瑟氏菌和阴道加特纳菌作用15s杀菌率均达100％，杀菌效果与碘酊相似。结论红核妇洁洗液能有效杀灭导致生殖道感染的主要病原菌，可用于外阴局部的消毒和细菌性、假丝酵母菌性和需氧菌性阴道炎的治疗。Objective To detect the antibacterial effect of Honghefuiie （HHFJ） lotion, Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） and minimal bactericide concentration （MBC） with the Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermdis, Streptococcus hemolytic- β, Proteus vulgaris, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Streptococcus faecalis, Microccusluteus, Candida albicans and Gardnrella vaginallis was determined by the microporous double dilution method. The bactericidal rate was calculated through colony counting method. Results The results showed that HHFJ lotion was active against almost tested microbial species, the MIC and the MBC was 16~64 times of dilution. The sterilization rate reached 10% for all tested microbial species after treated by 10 times of dilution of HHFJ lotion 4 minutes. The original concentration of HHFJ lotion had the same sterilizing effect with tincture of iodineon Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Gardnrella vaginallis for 15 seconds with the sterilization rate of 100%. Conclusion HHFJ lotion has bactericidal effect for pathogens which caused genitourinary infection and can be used to treat bacterial vaginosis, colpomycosis and aerobic vaginitis.
