摘　　要：针对铈组混合型稀土矿硫酸焙烧提取工艺所使用回转窑的分段温度控制精度要求高,且受硫酸用量、精矿粒度、重油燃烧室温度等因素影响的特点,采用模糊PID控制并结合CAN总线技术设计出回转窑炉温控制系统.工业现场测试表明,回转窑各温区温度控制区间和稳定性较未使用本系统前改善10%,矿物分解反应速度和系统抗干扰能力得到提高.Aimed at the rotary kiln for extracting the cerium group rare earth ore with sulfuric acid, a temperature control system for the kiln was designed by using the fuzzy PID control and CAN bus technology. The pilot tests showed that the temperature control range and the stability are improved by 10% compared with one without the authors＇ system. The system anti -interference ability and the mineral decomposition rate are increased.
