摘 要:CMT是一种新型的低热输入焊接工艺,在传热学和流体动力学的基础上,结合CMT熔滴过渡在一冷一热不断交替中完成特点,同时考虑了相变潜热、材料热物理性参数随温度变化等问题,建立了CMT焊接熔池三维瞬态数学模型。对熔滴及母材分别施加弓柱状热源与双椭球热源,并利用UDF进行二次开发,成功实现了热量与熔池体积力脉冲施加。用所建模型研究了CMT焊接熔池的演变过程,较好的模拟了不同焊接参数对CMT焊接流场的影响规律以及准稳态时基值电流与峰值电流作用期间熔池流场的分布规律,同时分别分析了浮力、电磁力、重力对熔池流场分布的影响。CMT welding is an innovative welding process with low heat input.A three- dimensional transient model of CMT welding was established to analyze the temperature field and flow field based on heat transfer and fluid dynamics.The characteristics of high frequent alternate 'hot- cold' CMT drop transfer process,combined with those issues like latent heat,variation of thermal physical parameters with temperature were taken into account in this model.The arch column heat source and double ellipsoid heat source were applied on the droplet and the base metal,respectively.The heat and pool volume force were successful implemented by pulse mode with the secondary development of UDF.By the established model,the evolution process of CMT welding pool was analyzed.The influence of welding parameters on the fluid field during CMT welding and the fluid field distribution during base current and peak current were simulated with the established model.At the same time,the effect of the buoyancy,electromagnetic force and gravity on the fluid field distribution were also analyzed respectively.
