摘 要:采用法国生产的软线材火焰喷涂设备制备了Al_2O_3-13%TiO_2陶瓷涂层,进行了涂层组织结构的研究工作。通过X射线衍射分析,涂层主要由α-Al_2O_3和γ-Al_2O_3两种相结构组成,而且斜六方晶体结构的α-Al_2O_3稳定相是涂层中的主相,这与陶瓷软线材火焰喷涂的方法有关。适量TiO_2的添加能明显地提高涂层的结合强度和致密性,有利于涂层性能的改善。A1_2 O_3-13%TiO_2 ceramic coatings were prepared by flame spraying with soft ceramic wire made in France.Microstructures of the coatings were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) analyzer.The results showed that the main components of the coating were α- Al_2O_3 and γ- Al_2O_3,and the hexagonal α- Al_2O_3 is the dominating phase,which is decided by the spraying method.The performance of the coatings was improved that the bonding strength and density of the coatings increase dramatically appropriate amount of TiO_2 addition.
