摘　　要：在对开发的ASTM A572标准GR65材料化学成分和力学性能介绍的基础上,采用FCAW气体保护药芯焊丝焊接试验研究了GR65材料的冷裂纹敏感性和焊接接头性能。斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验表明GR65材料具有较小的冷裂纹敏感性;焊接接头力学性能和金相组织分析结果表明,开发的GR65材料焊接性良好,制定的焊接工艺规程合理。Based on the introduction of chemical composition and mechanical properties of the developed material ASTM A572 GR65,gas shielded flux cored wire welding test were used to study the cold cracking sensitivity and welded joint properties of material GR65.The Y- slit crack test shows that the material GR65 has a relatively low cold cracking sensitivity.Analysis results on mechanical properties and microstructure of welded joint indicate that the developed material GR65 has a good weldability and the established WPS is reasonable.
