摘 要:结核分枝杆菌(MTB)是第二大致死性感染性疾病的病原体,以呼吸道感染为主要途径,一旦侵入宿主体内即很难被清除。本文主要阐述了结核分枝杆菌侵入人体后有些蛋白可以调节宿主免疫机制、抵御宿主的清除作用,从而与宿主长期共存;其蛋白作用机制包括阻止吞噬溶酶体的形成和酸化、抑制自噬体的形成、抗氧化应激、抑制细胞凋亡等。如何打破两者的"共存"现象还需要继续研究。Mycobacteriurn tuberculosis (MTB) is the second most common fatal infectious disease pathogen, with respir- atory tract infection as the main route. Once invaded to the host, tubercle bacillus would be difficult to clear and they could co- exist with the host for many years. This paper mainly expounds that after MTB invades the human body, some proteins can make MTB and host long-term coexistence by modulating the immune system and inhibiting the scavenging effect of host. The interaction mechanism includes inhibition of phagolysosome formation and acidification, prevention of autophagosome forma- tion, anti-oxidative stress, and inhibition of apoptosis. The method for breaking their coexistence phenomenon is required more research.
