摘　　要：目的探讨应用掌侧入路掌桡侧双钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的方法和疗效。方法自2009-06—2012—02采用掌侧入路行骨折复位，掌桡侧双钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折16例。结果术后随访时间8—26个月，平均14个月，X片示所有骨折均愈合，平均掌倾角10°，尺偏角24．2°。依Gartland—Werley评分标准：优9例，良6例，可1例。结论掌侧入路掌桡侧双钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折显露充分、操作简单、效果可靠，尤其适用于伴桡骨茎突移位和骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的治疗，是治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的有效方法。Objective To introduce the preliminary experience of double plate fLxation via palmar approach in the treatment of comminuted radial fractures. Methods From June 2009 to February 2012, double plate fixation via palmar approach was performed on 16 cases of unstable radial fractures. Results The mean time of follow-up was 14 months （8-26 months）. All fractures were healed according the X-ray. The average palmar and radial tilt angle was 10° and 24.2° respectively. Restdts were considered excellent in 9 cases, good in 6 eases and fair in 1 case according to the Gartland-Werley rating system. Conclusion Double plate fixation via palmar approach is suitable for unstable radial fractures with advantages of adequate exposure, simple operation and good clinical results, especially for fractures with styloid process of radius displaced and osteoporosis.
