摘 要:提出了一种基于多元线性回归法的铝用炭素制品配方计算方法,通过配方实例计算对方法的原理和应用进行了具体描述。计算结果表明:与"逐级递推"的传统配方计算方法相比,新方法可直接利用MATLAB、SPSS、EXCEL等常用软件的现有功能简单实现配方计算自动化,计算效率和精度高;方法采用了最小二乘原理对工作配方进行求解,计算结果可最大限度满足理论配方技术要求;方法可用于处理技术要求更复杂的配方计算问题,对炭素制品配方的精细化发展具有重要的意义。Formula is the critical technology to ensure the high qualities and stable performances of carbon materials. And working formula calculation of accuracy and efficiency is the premise of formula realization. This paper studied on a working formula calcula- tion method of carbon materials used in aluminium industry based on multiple linear regression model. Principle and application of the method were detailed by a practical formula calculation example. Results show that, compared with traditional method of step by step, the new method can be automated by existing function of common software like MATLAB, SPSS and EXCEL with high accura- cy and efficiency. With solving principle of least squares, working formula deduced by new method can satisfy formula technical re- quirements maximally. The new method can solve formula problem of more complex technical requirements, which is of great impor- tance to the development of carbon materials formula refinement.
