摘 要:目的探讨临床医学八年制学生职业成熟度现状及相关因素。方法在2010年4月-6月期间,采用《大学生职业成熟度自测问卷》对四川大学华西临床医学院临床八年制学生就其职业素质现状进行自评式问卷调查。结果被调查的临床八年制医学生职业成熟度很高者、较高者、较低者所占比例分别为15.2%、13.8%、71.0%。八年制职业成熟度与性别无关(Z=-0.206,P=0.837),与年级呈正相关(rs=0.180,P=0.030)。结论大部分的临床医学八年制学生总体职业成熟度较低。随着年级的增加,职业成熟度有所提高。研究提示,八年制医学生缺乏有效的职业生涯教育与指导。Objective To explore the status of the career maturity of medical students (eight-year program) and its related factors. Methods From April to June in 2010, College Students Maturity Self-test Questionnaire was used for the investigation of the career maturity of the medical students (eight-year program) at West China Medical School of Sichuan University. Results The subjects were graded into three groups according to the scores of their questionnaires: high, moderate, and low career maturity. The proportion of each group was 15.2%, 13.8%, 71.0%, respectively. Gender difference was not found in the overall career maturity (Z=-0.206, P=-0.837), while there was positive correlation between grade and overall career maturity (rs=0.180, P=-0.030). Conclusions The medical students (eight-year program) with relatively low overall career maturity account for a larger proportion than those with high and median career maturity. As grade increases, career maturity changes significantly. This research suggests that long schooling medical students are in urgent need for prompt and valid professional career education.
