枸地氯雷他定联合半导体激光及类人胶原蛋白治疗面部皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察枸地氯雷他定联合半导体激光及类人胶原蛋白面膜治疗面部皮炎的临床疗效。方法将入选的89例面部皮炎患者随机分为治疗1组(28例)、治疗2组(29例)和对照组(32例),全部患者口服枸地氯雷他定片8.8mg(1次/d),治疗1组同时辅以半导体激光治疗10min(1次/d),治疗2组同时辅以半导体激光治疗10min(1次/d)及类人胶原蛋白面膜贴覆面部30min(1次/d,1周后改为隔日1次)。治疗2周后观察疗效并记录。结果治疗2组有效率为96.55%,治疗1组为85.71%,对照组为62.50%。治疗2组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);且治疗2组的起效时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。以上差异均有统计学意义。另外,3组患者均无明显的不良反应。结论枸地氯雷他定联合半导体激光及类人胶原蛋白面膜是治疗面部皮炎的有效方法,值得临床医生选用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with semiconductor laser and human-like collagen dressing in treating patients with facial dermatitis. Methods The selected 89 cases of facial dermatitis were divided into treatment group 1 （28 cases） ,treatment group 2（29 cases） and control group （32 cases） randomly. All patients were treated with oral desloratadine citrate disodium 8.8 mg tablets （ 1 time/day）. Additionally, the treatment of group I were irradiated with semiconductor laser for 10 minutes （I time/day）. The treatment of group 2 were increased by semiconductor laser for 10 minutes（ 1 time/day） and human-like collagen dressing for 30 minutes（ 1 time/day, every other day after a week）. Three groups were treated for two weeks and the clinical response to therapy was recorded after treatment. Results The effec- tive rate was 96.55% in the treatment group 2. The effective rate of the treatment group 1 was 85.71% ,and the control group was 62.50%. The effective rate of the treatment group 2 was significantly higher than control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Treatment group 2 diseases onset time were significantly shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Obvious adverse reaction was not found in three groups. Conclusion Desloratadine citrate disodium combined with semiconductor laser,human-like collagen dressing is an effective method for treatment of facial dermatitis and is worthy of clinical application.
