多形态皮损表现的二期梅毒1例

摘　　要：患者女,49岁。20d前面部出现红斑、丘疹、脓疱伴瘙痒,此后泛发全身,克林霉素及西替利嗪治疗后未见缓解。既往慢性乙型肝炎病史20年,肝癌1年,其丈夫有婚外性接触及生殖器破溃史。皮肤科情况:面部见较多鳞屑性红斑、丘疹,躯干、四肢散在玫瑰色斑疹,腹部有数个脓疱疹,外阴部见扁平湿疣。TPPA(+),RPR 1∶512(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。A 49-year-old female complained that she had erythemas, papules, pustules with pruritus on her face for 20 days then the lesions expanded to the whole body. There was no obvious relief after the treatment of clindamycin and cetirizine. The patient had suffered chronic hepatitis B for 20 years and liver cancer for 1 year, whose husband had extramarital sexual contact and ulcers in the genital region. Dermatology examination：multiple scale, erythemas and papules were seen on her face. The trunk and extremities had rose maculas. Pustular eruptions were noted on the abdomen. Flat condylomas were seen on the vulva. Laboratory examination：TPPA （ ＋ ） ,RPR 1： 512（ ＋ ）. Diagnosis：Secondary syphilis.
