血管淋巴组织增生伴嗜酸细胞浸润1例

摘　　要：患者男,44岁。右侧头皮出现淡红色丘疹和结节,伴瘙痒2年余。实验室检查:外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数0.75×109/L。皮损组织病理示:表皮轻度角化过度,真皮内见大量增生的血管,管腔不规则,内皮细胞增生肿胀,呈"墓碑"状突入管腔。血管周围较多淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。诊断:血管淋巴组织增生伴嗜酸细胞浸润。A 44-year-old male presented with pink itchy papules and nodules un the right scalp with pruritus for 2 years. L.aboratory examination showed eosinophil count was 0.75×10^9/L in peripheral blood. Histopathologic examination showed slight hyperkeratosis, intradermal massive proliferation of blood vessels, the irregular lumenwith hyperplasia of swelling endothelial cell,＂tombstone＂ shaped into the lumen. More lymphocyte,eosinophil infihration were around blood vessels. On the basis of these features, the patient was diagnosed as angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia（ALHE）.
