凉血活血复方治疗寻常性银屑病的临床观察及对血清TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨凉血活血复方治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法应用凉血活血复方对48例寻常性银屑病患者进行治疗,同时与"复方青黛丸"进行对照,采用PASI评分判定疗效,用放射免疫法检测部分患者治疗前后血清TNF-α水平。结果患者治疗后PASI评分及TNF-α均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论凉血活血复方治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效显著,可能与下调TNF-α的水平有关。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the cooling blood and activating blood circulation formula in treating psoriasis vulgaris, and to study the effect on serum TNF-α. Methods All the 48 patients of psoriasis vulgaris were treated with the cooling blood and activating blood circulation formula and compared with ＂Fufang Qingdai pill＂. The therapeutic effects were determined with PASI scores. At the same time, the serum TNF-α of part of patients were detected with radioimmnnity. Results Both the PASI scores and serum TNF- α levels were decreased after treatment. And there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the cooling blood and activating blood circulation formula in treating psoriasis vulgaris is notable, and its mechanism might be related to decreasing serum TNF-α levels.
