氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗儿童摩擦性苔藓样疹50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价氟芬那酸丁酯治疗儿童摩擦性苔藓样疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的100例摩擦性苔藓样疹患儿随机分为两组,各50例。治疗组予外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗,对照组予外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗。治疗3周后评价有效率和不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为72.00%,显著高于对照组的52.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有3例出现局部轻度红肿、灼热,瘙痒加重,对照组有2例出现轻度皮肤萎缩。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗儿童摩擦性苔藓样疹具有良好的临床疗效和安全性。Objective To study the clinincal efficacy and safety of topical butyl flufenamate ointment in the treatment of frictional lichenoid eruption （FLE） in children. Methods One hundred children with FLE were randomized into treatment（ n = 50） and control（ n = 50） group. Treatment group was topically applied with butyl flufenamate ointment and control group received topical hydrocortisone butyrate cream. After 3 weeks of treatment,effective rates and adverse events were recorded. Results Treatment group achieved a total effective rate of 72.00% , significantly higher than control group （ 52.00% ）. Local mild swelling, scorching hot, itch aggravated were noted in 3 children in treatment group, while 2 children in control group showed skin atrophy. Conclusion Topical butyl flufenamate ointment is safe and effective in children with FLE.
