摘  要:目的:探讨非共面射野在中心型肺癌调强放疗中在降低双肺受照剂量、提高靶区剂量方面的优势。方法:选取10例中心型肺癌患者,每例患者分别建立5野调强计划和在5野基础上加一个非共面射野的6野调强计划。比较90%和95%处方剂量包的靶区体积,以及双肺V5、V10、V20、V30。结果:应用非共面射野的调强计划对提高95%处方剂量包的靶区体积有统计学意义,对提高90%处方剂量包的靶区体积无统计学意义。对降低全肺V5、V10、V20、V30有统计学意义。结论:在中心型肺癌调强放疗中,非共面射野的应用于对提高靶区剂量,降低双肺剂量有一定的优势。Objective: Investigate the advantage of the non-coplanar radiation field in central lung cancer IMRT for reducing the dose of lungs and improving dose of target .Methods: Selected ten patients with central lung cancer, Two IMRT plans were de signed for each patient: a five optimization fields plan and the other plan with a non-coplanar field basis on the five fields. Com parison the target volume for 90% and 95% of the prescription dose and the VS, V 10, V20, V30 for the whole lung. Results: the plan with a non-coplanar field improved the target volume for 95% of the prescription dose statistically significant, not for the target volume for 90% of the prescribed dose. The VS,V10, V20, V30 for the whole lung were reduced statistically significant. Conclusions: The central lung cancer IMRT with non-coplanar field dramatically improved the dose of the target,and reduced VS, V10, V20, V30 for the whole lung.
