摘　　要：目的:重症监护患者的病情复杂而多变,生理状态极不稳定。医护人员需根据患者生理状态,及时地给予迅速准确的输液治疗。针对这一问题,本项目组提出了"危重监护与输液控制诊疗一体化系统",将重症患者的生理参数监护和输液控制有机结合,实现输液的闭环控制,提高了ICU输液治疗质量。本文根据ICU诊疗一体化系统对注射泵的要求,提出了一种带CAN接口的多功能新型注射泵。方法:该注射泵采用双CPU设计,以两片STM32F103单片机为控制单元,完成多种复杂操作控制;同时该泵配以CAN总线接口,实现与监护输液基站的通讯,接受基站的输液控制。结果:经实验室检测,该注射泵在单机方式下,可作为常规高性能注射泵使用,支持多种注射模式,性能可靠;联机方式下,可作为ICU诊疗一体化系统的输液设备,在监护输液基站的控制下完成各种输注过程。结论:该注射泵实现了ICU诊疗一体化系统的注射输液要求,其功能强大、安全性高且使用方便,能满足多种临床需要。Objective： The condition of ICU patients is complex and changeable, According to the patients physiological state, a quickly and accurately infusion treatment is necessary. In order to solve this problem, we propose the concept of ICU monitor and infusion integration system, which combine monitor and infusion to facilitate the ICU doctors＇ work. Considering the clinics integrated system requirements, this article proposed a new multi-functional syringe pump with CAN bus interface. Methods： With the control unit of STM32FI03 MCU and a dual-CPU design, this syringe pump can complete a variety of complex opera tional control; meanwhile, the pump is equipped with a CAN bus interface, which meets the communication requirements of clin ics integrated system and completes the infusion process with the control of the workstation. Results： It can be used as a conven tional high-performance syringe pump with the stand-alone mode, supporting multiple inject modes and reliable alarm. And it can work in the online mode and tinder the control of the workstation to complete the infusion process, acting as the Clinics infu sion devices of the integrated system. Conclusions： Compared with the existing products, with the features of power safe, and easy to use, this syringe pumn can meet a variety of clinical needs.
