摘 要:目的:本文设计一种数字化智能吸氧装置,该装置能数字化准确读取并调节氧流量,避免以往手工调节的不准确性和不稳定性。并提供血氧饱和度作为调节氧流量的参考,且对湿化瓶进行水浴加温提高氧气的温度和湿度以提高病人吸氧的舒适度。方法:该装置包括微处理器、数字化流量控制模块、加温加湿模块、血氧饱和度模块、显示屏等模块。通过流量控制器数字化的准确读取并调节氧流量,并对湿化瓶进行水浴加温提高氧气的温度和湿度,同时通过显示屏显示实时氧流量、吸氧时间、血氧饱和度、湿化液温度等参数。结果:本装置能准确数字读取并调节氧流量,并对氧气智能化加温加湿,提高氧流量调节的准确性和病人吸氧的舒适度。结论:本装置测量准确、操作简单,具有很好的临床应用价值和发展前景。objective: This paper presents a digital intelligent oxygen inhalation device. This device can digitaly read and adjust the oxygen flow accurately, and provide the oxygen saturation as a reference of oxygen flow adjusting to improve the accuracy and stability of adjustment. It can also improve the temperature and humidity of the oxygen to comfort the patients. Methods: This device is composed of MCU, flow control module, heating and humidification module, oxygen saturation module and dis play screen. It can digitaly read and adjust the oxygen flow by the flow controller, and improve the temperature and humidity of the oxygen, and display the parameters on screen in real time. Results: This device can improve the accuracy of oxygen flow ad- justment and improve the temperature and humidity of the oxygen and comfort the patients. Conclusions: This proposed device elevates the accuracy of flow controlling and operability and has a good prospect in clinical application.
