摘　　要：矿业城镇在发展转型过程中,面临多种变数,存在多种不确定性,这需要灵活的土地使用政策来适应。本文以"灰色用地"在湘潭市鹤岭镇总体规划中的实践为例,详细阐述了"灰色用地"在矿业城镇规划中的指导作用和应用方法。Abstract： There are many unpredictable factors in the process of the transition of mining industry cities. Thus a flexible policy of land use should be implemented to adapt to this transition. This study mainly analyzes the practice of ＂grey land＂ idea in the overall planning of Heling, Xiangtan city, and explores the guidance and application of this idea in the planning of mining industry cities.
