摘　　要：从对系统思想的发展回顾入手,画出"系统运动图"。就系统科学在现代城市规划中的发展进行梳理,介绍国外城市系统规划发展的历程,包括自发、成熟、高潮和再兴起几个阶段,重点对我国近年来城市系统规划的理论研究动态和实践活动进行论述,总结了包括战略规划、产业规划、空间规划、项目策划、以及体制保障和资金保障六大要素在内的系统规划"钻石模型",提出系统规划实践的推动力量和应用案例。最后,在中国新型城镇化背景下,展望城市系统规划的应用趋势,重点对其在存量规划和公共规划领域的应用进行探讨。Abstract： By starting from the review of systematic thoughts, the author drew systematic motion diagram. The author also arranged the development process of systematic planning in modern urban planning, and introduced the development of foreign urban systematic planning, including spontaneous, mature, climax and revived stage, also focused on research and practice of urban systematic planning theory in China recently. Furthermore, the author summarized diamond model system of the strategic planning, industrial planning, special planning, project planning, organization planning, and financial planning, and raised the driving force of systematic planning practice. Finally, under new urbanization situation, the author proposed application trend of systematic planning, focusing on its application in the field of inventory planning and public planning.
