摘  要:针对充填用玻璃离子水门汀(Glass ionomer cement,GIC)机械强度不足的问题,选取SiO2-Al2O3-CaF2-CaOP2O5体系,用溶胶凝胶法(sol-gel)制备玻璃粉,以市售GIC为对照,抗压强度为指标,优化配方、煅烧温度、粉液比并用乙酸处理来提高GIC机械性能,并测试GIC的抗压强度、维氏硬度和净固化时间,用XRD表征并做粒径分析,所得数据用单因素方差分析。以配方2.3SiO2-2.2Al2O3-0.5CaO-0.5CaF2-0.08P2O5,750℃煅烧,1.5%乙酸处理后酸处理组GIC抗压强度(粉液比1∶1)为148.04 MPa,相较于自制组(111.59 MPa)和市售组(102.54 MPa)分别提高了12.65%和44.37%(P<0.05);维氏硬度38.11 MPa,相较于自制组(33.83 MPa)提高了12.65%(P<0.05)并与市售组(41.63 MPa)相比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);XRD显示市售、自制及酸处理三组玻璃粉相似均呈无定形态,90%粒径分别分布在26.02μm、29.80μm和14.62μm以下,净固化时间分别为3'24″、3'23″和5'49″,均满足临床要求。提示通过优化配方、煅烧温度、粉液比及用乙酸处理sol-gel制备的GIC粉剂能有效提高GIC的机械学性能。To direct at the insufficient mechanical strength of filling glass ionomer cement ( GIC ), SiO2- A12Os-CaFE-CaO-P20s system was selected to prepare glass powder by sol-gel method. Commercial GIC was used as control group as well as the compressive strength as an indicator to optimize the formula, the calcination temperature and the powder liquid ratio, and also glass powder was treated with acetic acid to increase GIC'mechanical properties. The compressive strength, Vickers hardness and net curing time of GIC were tested. Then XRD and particle size analysis were used to characterize the glass powder. The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. With formula 2.3Si02-2.2Alz03-0.5CaO-0.5CaF2-0.08P205, under 750 ~C calcination, and after 1.5% acetic acid treatment, compressive strength of GIC (powder-liquid mass ratio = 1:1 ) prepared by sol-gel method reached 148.04 MPa, which was increased by 12.65% and 44.37% (P 〈 0.05) , respectively, compared to homemade group (111.59 MPa) and commercial group (102.54 MPa). Vickers hardness was 38. 11 MPa, which was increased by 12.65% (P 〈0.05), compared to homemade group (33.83 MPa) and compared to commercial group (41.63 MPa), there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). XRD results showed that commercial, homemade and acid treatment groups were similar and amorphous. Particle sizes of 90% glass powder were less than 26.02 μm, 29.80 μm and 14.62μm, respectively. Net curing times of three groups were 3'24", 3'23" and 5' 49", respectively, which all satisfied the dental clinical requirements. These results indicated that optimizations of formulation, calcinations temperatures, and powder-liquid ratio as well as the acetic acid treatment could effectively improve the mechanical properties of GIC prepared by sol-gel method.
