摘  要:以四种酸式磷酸盐P(NH4H2PO4、(NH4)2HPO4、KH2PO4、K2HPO4),与电解镁砂(MgO)配制磷酸镁水泥,测试了其凝结时间及3 h、1 d、3 d硬化体的抗压、抗折强度;并利用六偏磷酸钠作为缓凝剂,研究了其对所配制磷酸镁水泥水化历程的影响。试验结果表明,在相同摩尔浓度下,磷酸二氢盐较一氢盐更能促进MPC的水化历程,使MPC凝结时间缩短、早期强度增长较快。SEM、XRD证明,在不影响水化产物种类的情况下,六偏磷酸钠可改变磷酸镁水泥的水化历程,能有效控制其水化反应速率,同时不影响其强度的发展。The setting time of three hours, one day and three days and compressive strength, flexural strength of Magnesium phosphate cement (MPC), which is made from four different parameters phosphate P (NHaH2P04, (NH4)2HP04, KH2PO4, K2HPO4 AR) mixed with electrolytic magnesia (MgO), were tested. And the effect of Sodium Hexametaphosphate (SHMP) used as retarder on hydration of the MPC were investigated. The results show that Dihydrogen Phosphate Salts contributes more to the hydration of the MPC than Diyl Hydrogen Phosphate Salts, shorten the setting time and increase the early strength with the same molar ratio. SEM and XRD examination indicates that Sodium Hexametaphosphate (SHMP) can change the hydration and control the hydrating reaction rate of the MPC without affecting its hydration products and strength development.
