摘　　要：分析医院图书馆现状及内涵建设含义,提出医院图书馆内涵建设有效措施,包括加强文献信息资源建设、电子设备和网络设备配置、人才队伍建设,开展多种形式的读者服务工作等方面,为医院各项工作提供强有力的支撑。The paper analyzes the current status and the connotation construction of hospital libraries,proposes effective measures to construct the connotation of hospital libraries,including strengthening the literature information resources construction,electronic equipments and network equipments configuration,talents team construction as well as various kinds of reader service work,in order to provide strong support for the hospital work.
