摘  要:浮顶油罐一二次密封区间内的油气进入大气后不仅浪费资源,而且污染环境,倘若油罐遭遇雷击,可能会引起爆燃。通过数学建模对油气在密封空间内的分布进行了分析,得出简易公式;同时在实验室建立了浮顶罐模型,对密封空间内的油气进行检测,两者结果类似。在理论的基础上,提出一种新型的浮顶油罐密封圈防爆方式,与传统方式相比,既安全环保,又可带来一定的经济效益。After the petroleum gas in the sealed space of floating roof tank enters into the atmosphere, it will not only waste resources and pollute the environment, but also there will be hidden explosions if the tank is struck by lightning. Based on mathematic modeling, the distribution of petroleum gas in the sealed space is analyzed and a simple formula is found out; meanwhile the floating roof tank model is established in the lab, to test gas concentration in the sealed space under different anvironmntal conditions and the result is similar to the formula. So based on the theory, a new method of the lighting pro tection of floating roof tanks is put forward and compared with traditional methods, it is safe and healthy and also can bring some economic benefits.
