摘 要:模拟装置上研究了含油循环水中铁细菌生长的影响因素及其对碳钢的腐蚀作用。结果表明,水中铁细菌的菌落数随运行时间呈无规则变化,用实验时间内的累计菌落数来表征铁细菌的生长状况可行。累计菌落数随着油浓度增加,先增大后趋稳,碳钢腐蚀速率随油浓度增加而增加,但油质量浓度大于400mg/L时,腐蚀速率降低。25℃时含油水中铁细菌生长得最旺盛,碳钢腐蚀速率也较大,温度过低或过高温度不利于铁细菌生长。pH=6~9内,随着pH值增加累计茵落数和碳钢腐蚀速率均降低。累计菌落数随着缓蚀阻垢剂浓度的增加而减小,碳钢腐蚀率也随之减小。随着浓缩倍数的增加,累计菌落数和碳钢腐蚀速率均随之增加。This paper studies factors affecting the growth of iron bacteria in a simulated inter cooled open reoireulsting cooling water contaminated by engine oil and its corrosion to carbon steel. The results show that iron bacteria grows no rule changes in the cooling water with the running time and it is feasible that the growth of iron bacteria can be characterized by the cumulative number of bacterial colonies in experimental time. The cumulative number of bacteria increases with the in crease of oil concentration, firstly increases and then stable; the corrosion rate of carbon steel also increases with the in crease of oil concentration, but when the oil concentration is higher than 400 mg/L, the corrosion rate of carbon steel de creases. Iron bacteria grows vigorously and reaches the maximum at 25 ℃ in oil - contaminated water, the carbon steel reaches a larger corrosion rate and so too low or too high temperature would not be conducive to the growth of iron bacteria. The cumulative bacteria and corrosion rate of carbon steal both decreases in the range of pH = 6 - 9. The cumulative bacteri a and corrosion rate of carbon steel decreases with the increase of the dosage of the corrosion and scale inhlbitors. But with the increase of the concentration multiple, the iron bacteria and corrosion rate of carbon steel both will increase.
