摘  要:以液氨作为还原剂,在日产500 t的浮法玻璃熔窑上进行选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝工艺的试验研究。该烟气氮氧化物的原始质量浓度为1 930 mg/m3,通过SCR试验装置,在实际烟气工况下,考查了反应温度、空速、氨氮摩尔比等因素对脱硝效率的影响,综合考虑经济因素,确定了该工艺最佳工况温度为382℃,空速为5 000 h-1,氨氮摩尔比为0.9。试验结果显示,在最佳工况条件下,脱硝效率可达到82.81%,出口处NOX质量浓度为332 mg/m3,NH3质量浓度小于1.0 mg/m3,远低于排放标准中限定的NH3质量浓度(2.5mg/m3)。The selective catalytic reduction (SCR) DeNOx technology is applied for the float glass furnace of 500 t/d, by using liquid ammonia as reducing agent. The raw gas concentrations of nitrogen oxides is 1 930 mg/m^3. By SCR test device and in the actual flue gas conditions, the effects of the reaction temperature, space velocity, n(NH3) : n(NOx) and other factors on denitrifieation eflleiency are investigated and considering economic factors, it is determined that the optimum working temperature is 382 ℃, space vdocity is 5 000 h^- 1 and n (NH3) : n (NOx) is 0.9. The results show that, under the optimum working conditions, the denitritication efficiency can reach 82.81%, the outlet concentration of NOx is 332 nag/m^3 and NHs concentration is less than 1.0 mg/m^3, far lower than the defined NHs concentration (2.5 mg/m^3 in the emission standards.
