皮敏消胶囊联合他卡西醇软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价皮敏消胶囊联合他卡西醇软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:126例寻常型银屑病患者分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组各42例,治疗组患者口服皮敏消胶囊,每天3次,每次4片,外用他卡西醇软膏,每天2次,每次1遍,疗程8周;对照1组患者口服皮敏消胶囊,每天3次,每次4片,疗程8周;对照2组患者外用他卡西醇软膏,每天2次,每次1遍,疗程8周。结果:治疗组患者治疗后有效率为83.33%;对照1组患者治疗后有效率为64.29%;对照2组患者治疗后总有效率为59.52%。治疗组与对照1组、对照2组疗效比较差异均有显著统计学意义(χ2=3.941 3,P=0.047 1;χ2=5.833 3,P=0.015 7);对照1组与对照2组疗效比较差异无显著统计学意义(χ2=0.201 9,P=0.653 2)。三组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:皮敏消胶囊联合他卡西醇软膏治疗寻常型银屑病是安全的、有效的。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Pin Min Xiao capsule combine with tacalcitol oinment in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Method One hundred and forty-six cases with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 at randomly.Forty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with Pin Min Xiao 4 capsules three times orally every day and topical treated with tacalcitol oinment twice every day for 8 weeks.Forty-six patients in the control group 1 were treated with Pin Min Xiao 4 capsules three times orally every day for 8 weeks.Forty-six patients in the control group 2 were topical treated with tacalcitol oinment twice every day for 8 weeks.Results The effective rate were 83.33%,64.29% and 59.52% in the treatment group,control group1 and control group2,respectively.The effective rate of treatment group were statistically significant higher than that of the control group1 and control group 2（χ2=3.941 3,P＝0.047 1;χ2= 5.833 3,P＝0.015 7）.The effective rate of control group 1 was no statistically significant higher than that of control group 2（χ2= 0.201 9,P＝0.653 2）.No marked side effects were observed in 3 group.Conclusion Our results showed that Pin Min Xiao capsule combine with tacalcitol oinment are efficacy and safety in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
