口服曲尼司特防治烧伤瘢痕增生的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探究在烧伤创面愈合后口服曲尼司特防治烧伤瘢痕增生的临床效果.方法：对2009年7月～201 3年1月间至我院就诊的30例烧伤患者在其创面愈合后予口服曲尼司特胶囊进行治疗（治疗组）,同时取同期烧伤创面愈合后的30例患者为对照组,比较两组治疗效果.结果：在患者创面愈合后6个月应用温哥华瘢痕量表进行评价,结果显示治疗组临床效果显著优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）,治疗组无不良反应发生.结论：口服曲尼司特胶囊在防治烧伤瘢痕增生中疗效显著并且无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用.Objective To study the effect of prevention and cure of hypertrophic scar after burn treated with oral tranilast.Methods Thirty patients after burn wound healing were treated with oral tranilast and the other same thirty patients were taken as blank between July 2009 and January 2013.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Vancouver scar scale was used to evaluate and compare the two groups in effect 6 months after burn wound healing and the treatment group is significantly better than the control（P＜0.05）.There was no adverse effect in treatment group.Conclusion The effect of prevention and cure of hypertrophic scar after burn treated with oral tranilast is good with less side-effect and worthwhile for spreading in clinical practice.
