皮内连续缝合尿道皮瓣预防阴茎再造术后尿漏疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮内连续缝合尿道皮瓣预防阴茎再造术后尿漏发生的临床效果。方法:采用皮内连续缝合技术完成尿道成形165例,采用皮内间断缝合技术完成尿道成形91例。结果:尿道皮瓣连续缝合组165例患者术后出现尿漏5例,发生率为3.0%;间断缝合组91例患者出现尿漏12例,发生率为13.2%;两者有显著性差异。结论:阴茎再造尿道皮瓣成形时采用皮内连续缝合可以明显降低再造术后尿漏的发生,是预防尿漏并发症的有效手段,有较高临床价值和意义。Objective To discuss the effect of intradermal suture of skin flap in the reduction of urinary leakage after phalloplasty.Methods Continuous intradermal suture technique was used in urethroplasty in 165 cases.Interrupted intradermal suture technique was used in urethroplasty in 91 cases.Results There were 5 urinary leakage cases with continuous intradermal suture in 165 cases after urethroplasty.The incidence rate of urinary leakage was 3％ ;There were 12 urinary leakage cases with interrupted continuous suture in 91 cases after urethroplasty instead.The incidence rate of urinary leakage was 13.2％.Conclusion Continuous intradermal suture could significantly reduce the incidence of urinary leakage after phalloplasty.It＇s a very effective method to prevent urinary leakage and of great clinical significance and value for phalloplasty.
