摘　　要：目的：探讨颗粒脂肪移植治疗乳房男性化术后局部凹陷的方法和效果.方法：采用注射器法抽取自体颗粒脂肪,经冲洗、纯化后移植于胸部局部凹陷部位,每个部位每次移植20～ 50ml,共1～2次.结果：接受脂肪移植的15例患者,局部凹陷均有不同程度改善,效果满意.结论：颗粒脂肪移植治疗乳房男性化术后局部凹陷疗效确切,但把握合理的脂肪颗粒移植时间以及移植后的局部处理是提高脂肪颗粒成活率的关键.Objective To discuss the effect of lipochondria autologous transplantation Improving the local depression after breast resection in transsexualism patients.Methods Extract autologous lipochondria with injection syringe and transplant to the local depressions in the chest after washing and purification.Every local depression of every transplantation was 20ml to 50ml,1 to 2 times totally.Results The local depression of 15 cases underwent fat transplantation was improved in different degree with satisfactory effect.Conclusion Lipochondria autologous transplantation Improved the local depression after Breast resection in transsexualism patients very effectively.Reasonable time of fat transplantation and appropriate local treatment after operation is the key point to improve the survival rate of fat particles.
