强脉冲光防治瘢痕156例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨强脉冲光技术在瘢痕防治中的应用价值.方法：采用由两名固定医师及患者共同评价疗效的方式,对2008年7月～ 2011年9月应用强脉冲光（波长560～ 1200nm,脉宽3.2 ～ 3.6ms,脉冲延时10～30ms,双脉冲模式,能量密度19 ～26J/cm2）治疗的1 56例不同病程、部位、色泽以及治疗次数的门诊瘢痕患者进行临床疗效评价.结果：瘢痕病程在1个月内的与大于1个月的疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,病程越短,效果越显著.面部瘢痕疗效明显优于其他部位,红色和色素沉着性瘢痕治疗效果好于近肤色的瘢痕.整体疗效随着治疗次数增加而提高,治疗2次与3～5次疗效比较,差异有统计学意义,且治疗3～5次效果最满意,但组间疗效比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.治疗6次后的效果不如4～5次明显.结论：强脉冲光技术无创安全、操作便捷,疗效满意,不失为防治瘢痕的理想选择.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light to repair the skin scar.Methods 156 patients of skin scar were treated with 560～1200nm IPL by using suitable parameters for different aspects.Patients were evaluated by physicians to objective improvement.Results The scar duration for less than 1 months was best improved than 1 months longer.The short duration demonstrated a statistically significant different （P＜O.O5）.Patients with facial scar were better than other nonfacial locations.The appearance of erythematous type and hyperpigmentation type was better than that of the similar normal type.Therapeutic effect was improved following the times of treatments.There were significant differences between the second and the 3～5 times,but there was no differences between the 3～5 times （P＞O.O5）.There was no superiority between the sixth time and the 4～5 times.Conclusions IPL is effective,safe technique in improving the cosmetic appearance of skin scar.Few patients experienced adverse effects.It is very convenient and a better choice to be accepted by patients.
