摘 要:在施肥浓度与周期对杂交兰组培苗叶片生长影响的研究基础上,进一步探讨了施用复合肥(20-10-20)对杂交兰根系生长的影响。结果表明:随着时间的推移,无论施肥浓度和周期如何变化,根数、根长都呈逐渐增加趋势,而根径与时间的关系不明显;相对较高的施肥浓度有利于根数、根长和根径的增大,较短的周期有利于根数和根径的增加,但对根长的影响不明显;杂交兰的根数、根长与叶片数间具有显著的相关关系;综合考虑施肥浓度、周期对叶片、根系生长的影响,施肥浓度1 200倍液、周期10d是较为理想的施肥方案。On the basis of researching the effects of fertilization concentrations and cycles on the leaf growth of tissue-cultured plantlets of hybrid cymbidium,the effect of complex fertilizer(20-10-20) on the plantlet roots was further explored. The results were as follows: No matter the fertilization concentrations and cycles varied,the number and length of roots showed a gradually increasing trend with time, while the root diameter had not an obvious relationship with time; A relatively high fertilizer concentration was conducive to the increase of the roots~ number,length and diameter,and a relatively short fertilization interval promoted the root number and diameter growth but had no significant effect on the root length;The root number and length had a significant correlation with the number of leaves; Considering the comprehensive effects of fertilization concentration and cycle on the leaf and root growth,the application of 1 200-fold complex fertilizer at 10-d intervals was an ideal fertilization program.
