摘 要:以携带抗白叶枯病基因Xa23的水稻材料‘CBB23'为供体材料,以优良节水抗旱稻保持系‘沪旱1B'为受体材料,采用杂交和回交的方式,在后代分离群体中利用与Xa23基因紧密连锁的SSR标记RM206进行分子标记辅助选择,同时将改良的保持系与不育系成对回交,通过分子标记检测、田间抗性鉴定和综合农艺性状选择,在BC_3F_5后代株系中获得Xa23基因纯合且表型与‘沪旱1B'相似的株系10份,以及与改良保持系回交3代的纯合不育系材料4份。使用P6菌系采用人工剪叶接种鉴定,发现纯合株系材料明显提高了对白叶枯病的抗性。The rice material 'CBB23' with bacterial leaf blight resistant gene Xa23 and the superior water-saving and drought-resistant rice maintainer line 'Huhan 1B' were used as a donor and a receptor respectively,and during crossing and backcrossing the segregating progeny were selected by using the gene Xa23 linked SSR marker RM206. The improved maintainer lines and sterile lines were backcrossed in pairs,and 10 lines which harbored homozygous Xa23 and were similar to 'Huhan 1B' in phenotype and 4 homozygous sterile lines which backcrossed with the improved maintainer lines for 3 generations were gained in the BC^F5 progeny plants through molecular marker test,field resistance analysis and conventional selection of agronomic traits. The artificial inoculation with the P6 strain showed that the resistance of all the tested lines to bacterial leaf blight improved obviously.
