摘 要:目的:将3D CUBE序列应用于腮腺的MR常规扫描中,为初步筛查腮腺病变的定性诊断提供依据。方法:行冠位3D CUBE T2WI压脂序列和冠位IR-FSE序列扫描腮腺,分别获取冠位3D CUBE T2WI压脂序列扫描图像和冠位IR-FSE序列扫描图像,分别对腮腺的轴位T1WI和T2WI定位,并用同样的参数扫描获取图像。结果:3D CUBE T2WI压脂序列对腮腺管主干及其分支显示的优良率为80%,较传统STIR序列扫描腮腺,对腮腺实质显示优良率的差异无统计学意义。结论:在常规腮腺的扫描中,应用3D CUBE T2WI压脂序列代替IR-FSE序列,在不影响腮腺实质病变显示的情况下,能够显示腮腺管受病变累及的情况,从而为临床进行腮腺疾病的鉴别诊断提供重要依据。Objective: The applications of 3D CUBE sequence in the MR conventional scanning of parotid gland can display the parotid lesions and observe the situations of parotid ducts,which provides basic preliminary diagnosis for parotid lesions. Method: Scanned the parotid glands to obtain the images by utilizing both the coronal 3D CUBE T2WI fat suppres- sion sequences and coronal IR-FSE sequence, then fixed the parotid's axial position in T1WI and T2WI to obtain the images in the same scanning parameters. Result: Comparing with the images scanned by traditional IR-FSE sequences,the imaging effect by 3D CUBE T2WI fat suppression sequences showed no significant difference (P 〈0.05), and the excellent rate of the parotid duct trunk and it's branch was 80 %. Conclusion: Since the 3D CUBE T2WI fat suppression sequences do not de- crease the imaging effect of the parotid lesions, simultaneously it can display the parotid duct,which can provide important diagnostic information for the parotid disease. So we can apply the 3D CUBE T2WI fat suppression sequences in the conven- tional scanning of the parotid gland, replacing the IR-FSE sequence.
