摘　　要：首次在显微高速摄影中成功地引入溴化亚铜蒸汽激光器作为像亮度增强器,动态分辨率接近物镜的衍射分辨极限,并对布朗运动,浮游生物的动态情况进行观察、记录。A CuBr vapor laser has been used as a image intensifier for the first time in high speed photomicrography. The resolving power of this optical system is close to the diffraction limitation of the objective. The Brown movement and the living plankton movement have been recorded.
