PAA系列水溶性树脂的合成及在型砂中的应用

摘　　要：本文研究了PAA系列树脂的合成和PAA—FN树脂型砂的气硬工艺。通过研究,确定该树脂的最佳合成条件和适当的型砂配方。结果表明PAA系列水溶性树脂具有无毒、无味、清洁、价廉等特点。因此它在铸造生产中有广阔的应用前景。In this Paper, the synthetic process of a series of PAA resin and the gassingprocess of PAA - FN resin sand was studied. Through the investigation, the hestsynthetic conditions of PAA resin and the proper match of PAA moulding sandhave been defermined. The results have shown that the PAA aqueous solvingresin are nontoxic, tastless, clean, cheap and therefore have it's wide appliedprosepect.
