摘　　要：DICOM是一个集处理、存储、打印和交换信息的医学影像处理标准,PACS通过DICOM协议可以把各厂家的检查设备、服务器、工作站、胶片设备及网络硬件作整合。DICOM是图像归档转输系统(PACS)实际工业标准。解析DICOM格式是医学图像处理的基础,对医学影像技术的研究具有重要的意义。DICOM is a standard for handling, storing, printing, and transmitting information in medical imaging field. DICOM enables the integration of scanners, servers, workstations, printers, and network hardware from multiple manufacturers into a picture archiving and communication system （PACS）, which has become an actual industry Standard on PACS.
