摘　　要：医院质量监测(HQMS)数据对接是卫计委要求三级医院评审前必须完成的。结合佛山市第一人民医院在实践中的探索并取得的优异成绩,在较短时间内达标(A级),满足了参加三级医院评审的前提条件,为其他医院的建设提供借鉴意义。In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health, Hospital Quality Monitoring System Data Connecting must be fulfilled before hospital accreditation. We put forward some explores in this, and reached the standard （Grade A） in a short time, so as to content the preconditions of hospital accreditation.
