摘　　要：介绍了机械球磨法的最新应用——机械球磨涂覆技术(MCT)。对其工艺理论、球磨过程的影响因素进行了综述,阐述了机械球磨涂覆技术在机械镀层和在球磨介质上制备薄膜材料领域的应用,讨论了机械涂覆技术在涂层制备中表现出的优势和存在的弊端。基于研究现状,展望了该技术的今后发展方向。The mechanical milling coating technique （MCT） , which is a new application of mechanical ball milling method, was introduced in this paper. The process theory and the influence factors of MCT were summarized. The application of MCT in the field of mechanical plating and preparation of thin film on the milling media surface was pointed out. The advantages and limitations of MCT were also discussed. Finally, the future development tendency of this method was discussed.
